I debated between a 1 and a 2, yes they successfully hauled my junk away, however, when it came to a sudden price change I have an issue. I called and was quoted $150 to haul a chair and a couch away. I attempted to book it online to save the additional $30 but the booking application on the website didn't work but when I called they said it would be honored so $120 seemed reasonable. When they arrived they took a look at the couch and the chair and suddenly the price was $200 I asked about the website the response was I don't see it booked on the website, I asked about the $150 quote I was told "that couldn't be accurate since all prices ended in 8s" I was stuck with carpet cleaners coming the next day and new furniture the following day I paid it. Be sure you get a firm quote.
