Clean, knowledgeable teachers/assistants, relaxing and peaceful vibe. Classes challenge you in the best way - I feel amazing when I leave and my mind is at peace. I can't recommend HIBS enough, go for a free trial class and experience it for yourself...there is nothing to lose. And on a side note, I've tried other studios, yoga classes at the gym, different types of yoga and different teachers...this place is the BEST.
They also offer Reiki and meditation workshops, kids yoga and more. Not your average studio!
