I chose this company after seeing them on living social. Before I booked through livingsocial, I looked at the company's website & it was cheaper through the company instead. All the fees that people speak of on here are clearly stated when you book through their website. I wasn't booking during a time that required any extra fees (weekend or sunset booking) so I didn't have any qualms with this part. Our confirmation email stated we had to confirm with them via text our appointment time & to receive the address. All went without a hitch!
Upon arrival, our trail guide Tammy was there & super friendly. Our horses were all set to go once we got there. They were super friendly & healthy. I've had an awful experience riding before so was excited when I could see how well these horses were cared for. Our ride was just myself & my husband, which I thought was amazing. Our ride was probably one of the best riding experiences I've had. Tammy was a fountain of knowledge & you could tell she really had love for all of her horses. All in all, I loved riding with them. It was awesome & I totally want to go again. I recommend booking through their website instead of purchasing a living social deal :)
