Had to stay with them long enough to switch my direct deposit to my other bank, unfortunately, which gave them enough time to snag another month of fees from my account, but whatever, now I'm free! When I went to payroll to let them know I was switching, they said they'd heard a lot of complaints about Desert Schools and their new program. When I went to the bank, the teller asked me why I was closing my accounts. I told him "Relationship Rewards" and he said "We're hearing that a lot". I guess they're getting what they wanted, though, higher fees, more debt, and more defaulted loans, as the guy behind me in line wanted information about getting an auto loan so he could "move up a level". Sigh.
