Horrible customer Service especially Claudia! I have been going to this gym almost a month. I carry my gym bag because I have my towel water gloves and keys in it however today during my workout(on stair master) right after checking in I was waved down by Claudia again during my workout to let me know I couldn't have my bag on the floor. I understand that's apart of PF guidelines however I was not made aware of this until today by Claudia. No other PF employee have informed me of that or have told me no bags on floor. Not only that I felt it was very inappropriate to stop me during my workout to tell me that rather than wait until I was finished with that particular workout. I am waiting to hear back from the GM at this point about canceling my service! I will not pay to be embarrassed especially when they sell gym bags there. Again I understand it's her job but there is a way to do you job in appropriate manner. That was not customer service at all.
