Once again Chapman doesn't disappoint. The absolute worst customer service. In my opinion they are nice when your buying but when you need your car fixed you are SOL. If you are ever looking for satisfaction from their service department, in my experience, you won't get it. My car is still under warranty and I might have to get a lawyer for them to honor their agreement. In my opinion they are the worst customer service ever. My medical insurance company is more compliant.
