Worst customer service.. One no knows the right process, i called them for transfer letter to take my car to canada.. They told me i need to fax certain docs, when i called again to chk when i will receive the letter, they said they dont give transfer letter.. Seriously!! I spoke one other person the next day & she said the same. Then i refinanced thru diff bank & paid off the loan & got the letter from the new bank.. After few days i read in their website that they do provide transfer letter. Each time i call i need to go thru various departments. Be careful abt wat words u use, if u use the word title u will be transferrd to title dept, if u use balance & payoff, get transfered to collection. Any refinance word, gets transferrd to acct manager. Better not waste time by calling them.
