I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are about but we had a couple things go wrong with our garage door this morning at 11 am. After calling Precision, they dispatched a technician to come to our place between 12-2. Tim called about 12:30 and said he'd be there in 25 minutes. Sure enough, he was there in 25 minutes.
There was not a point in the process where I felt like I was being taken advantage of. They have a sheet of set prices (which in our case worked out great because we had to replace multiple parts) and I wasn't price-gouged like it seems everyone else is/was.
Tim worked quickly and was super-polite - taking the time to explain things to me and make suggestions. I didn't take some of his "suggestions" and he was fine with that - pretty low pressure if you asked me.
I'm good with their work and though I paid a little extra for the additional warranty period, it's been almost 10 years since we replaced anything on the garage door. I'm satisfied with Precision Door.
