Mark is super knowledgeable, flexible on pick up and drop offs, is tech savvy, and so kind. He truly cares about his work and his love of bikes really shows through in the product he brings back.
I had my hybrid picked up for a tune up and loved it so much when I got it back- it rode like a brand new bike! I was so impressed with Mark's services that I asked him to take care of my pop's vintage Raleigh as well. It needed a complete overhaul and Mark took care of everything, even finding an original derailleur to replace the old worn out one. My dad just went for a ride today after years of not riding and he had the biggest smile on his face! Totally worth it.
