Southwest Dental Group practice BAD business!!!
1. Twice, they tried to bill me for more money months after the procedure. I have a copies from my dental insurance that I already paid more than I should have. I repeatedly tried to call SW Dental, and they said they will look into this. My dental insurance rep. was willing to talk to them, but SW Dental refused. They sent a Collection Agency after me.
2. I have waited over 3 hours on several occasions...usually over one hour wait.
3. They never send dental treatment plans with estimates as promised.
4. I been to several dentist within the group, and they all use intimidation tactics. He jams the measuring device very hard into my gums, so he can claim gum disease. He said I needed a power wash. He said 4 teeth had to come out. The list goes on. Finally, he wants me to buy additional insurance from him.
Of course, I got a second opinion, and a third. All independent of each other, and they did not agree with SW Dental.
5. The dental hygienist uses intimidation tactics as well...to get you "set up" for the dentist. She also had no professional skills...she was constantly talking to the other staff about the hotties she had seen at this office and the guys she had gone out with and on and on.
