I met with Dr. Bowne. He was pleasant but I feel like he didn't spend enough time with us. He suggested my 4 year old son have surgery. I had to call a few times to his surgery scheduler. When she finally called me back and I spoke with her I thought everything was all set. It wasn't, they had the wrong date and hospital. I tried to straighten it out and a different person called me with the wrong date and wrong hospital again. I tried to leave a message with the doctor to explain the problem but he never called back. I decided against the surgery with this doctor because they are so disorganized and lack a good bedside manner.
