I am also confused about the bad reviews... My experience was great! Got a groupon for this place... As soon as you walk in you can smell the aromas of a wellness place... Felt very relaxing when I walked in. Lady was nice at the front, they offer tea, water, fresh cold drinks and snack before they walk you to a relaxation room where you wait for your massage therapist. I don't remember her name I think is Marilyn (don't quote me on that) but she was great! I would go back because they also offer half off for people that purchase a groupon. The good part is that you get a little gift before you leave, nothing expensive but something little... I got a lotion. All in all If I feel like some relaxation and a good massage therapist, I will go back and see "Marilyn"
