Broken freezers, Ice Cream NOT reordered on a consistant basis, out of the "basic" Baskin Robbins normal flavors, they consider MINT CHIP a "Flavor Of The Month" so they are out of it a lot, no regular pink plastic spoons so they give LONG float or sundae spoons, and today they gave "Safeway" plastic spoons!! Here's a great idea to the owner. It doesn't seem like you really want to own a Baskin Robbins Franchise so either CLOSE the store or sell it to someone who wants the store and can manage and operate the store!! If you worked for me, you wouldn't as you'd be FIRED!!
The last MULTIPLE TIMES my son stopped in to pickup BR for us they have NO PINK BASKIN ROBBINS SPOONS!! They give us Safeway spoons!! WTF!! I'm sure Baskin Robbins Corporate would LOVE to hear about this!! Again, if you can't afford to do things right, SELL to someone who can and actually cares!!
