I hate to give any car buying experience 5 stars because buying cars takes a lot of time and decision making energy but this experience deserves it. Mark Aurilio was the best of the best. He was patient with us when we weren't sure what we were wanting and he took a personal interest in us. He remembered our situation as far as how our family would it in the car, etc. Not only did he take his time to show us all the features of the cars we looked at but he really knew his stuff. He could answer any random question about the vehicles that we had right off the bat and really went out of his way to give us a thorough run down of every single feature in the car we finally chose. It's obvious that he really does his homework and he is good at what he does. It was the most painless car buying experience we have had and I am one of those people that dreads the process. I can't speak for the entire dealership (they might all be good.. I'm not sure) but you will be happy if you work with Mark.
