RUN, RUN, RUN AWAY
If I could use no stars i would. Much like the other reviews here, Protect your home installed my system and while the install was done very professional, the sales person I talked to the first time promised me many things that never happened. Starting with an install date that did not happen before I left town to the subsequent calls for everything from wrong billed price to being billed by both ADT and Protect your Home for the monthly service ( for which I am still waiting for a refund of over $70). I also have not received the $100 debit card they offered( which I found out I have to pay a handling fee for) or the $240 check to offset the amount I was supposed to be charged and the special offer price for the first year I was told about.The sales people are very unwilling to help you with a truthful explanation of what is going on. My recommendation would be to go to ADT directly if you want them or use another company.
