I got to say the lady at the front desk and the lady that does the laser are amazing. I would have given a 5 star for the service. The guy Brian is so rude. My 1st encounter was not a good one. He didn't listen to me and set up an appt for weight loss. Wasted my time. The last visit I had, my appt was set for 530. I was there early. Waited about an hour, then they had the gull to ask if it was alright for the lady (who came 15 to 20 mins after me ) can go before me....she won't be long. I forgot about my 6/30 appt. No courtesy call, email reminder or a friendly text. This resulted in a $50.00 no show. I called to find out when my appt was thinking it is sometime this week. Brian, was so rude I'm asking him to waive that fee since I never not showed up before. I explained my experience with them so far, then said for me to hold while he took another call. You can tell he kept on putting me on mute while I was talking. In the middle of our conversation he was talking to some one else. I do not want to spend any addtional money at that establishment. Very disappointed
