i would like to give 5-stars to our salesman, Richard Florez of Peoria Ford for his outstanding service in finding the right Ford Edge for us.
Recently, we turned in our 2008 Ford Edge due to airbag recall. Very disappointed in the fact they are not even MANUFACTURING the replacement part at this time, leaving the RF passenger seat vacant until the airbag can be repaired/replaced for the RF seat.
Anyway, we decided just to purchase a new Edge. Richard went out of his way to find just the right one for us. He also made several follow-up
calls after the sale to be sure we were satisfied. I will definitely go thru Richard for my next Ford F-150 purchase in the next year or so. Thank you Richard for your outstanding service! 5-stars for Richard Florez of Peoria Ford!!!
