It's a shame that such a development started out as a manicured shopping/entertainment area has now turned into a weed infested, overpriced wasteland. What use to be a relaxing place to walk & rest is now a stench infested bird toilet. I believe the dock is unhealthy place to visit due to the amount of goose droppings that keep piling up. Additionally the place is now becoming a target for graffiti which hasn't been removed in at least a year. It's no wonder most of the storefronts are empty!
