Ok I get bored very very easily with a gym routine. I love Rockstar Bootcamp because EVERY day is something different. I have never done the same workout twice. It is the best investment in me that I have made. You can spend 2-3 times this much on a personal trainer at the gym or you can have Deb or Curtis give you nutrition advice and kick your body into shape. They really really care about you getting healthy. It is tough love and I am thankful for it.
