My husband, five year old and I had lunch here yesterday. It was my second time, I only come back to a Greek restaurant if they have good baba ganoush. The three of us finished off a large baba (even my daughter loved it). I usually order the Greek salad with gyro meat, Saba's has a nice zesty dressing different from other Greek places. Our sever happened to be the owner, George. He recommended the chipotle gyro, Chicago style, to my husband. I had a couple bites and it was amazing! I can't wait to go back so I can get one of my own. George also told us they have a buffalo style gyro, which sounds awesome. I've never heard of anything but classic style gyros, and I love a good gyro, so I'm excited to get these other yummy versions. My husband usually isn't a big Greek food fan, but George won him over with the Chipotle gyro-my hubby said it was the best he's ever had. We watched George interact with other customers and employees, he was very friendly, attentive, and helpful to everyone. We had a great experience and will definitely be back for more yummy gyros and baba ganoush!
