Worst apartments I've ever encountered so far. My apartment has been without air conditioning for over 9 days.. 9 days !! In this Arizona heat, I've been forced to find my own temporary home due to health and safety concerns for me and my unborn child. You think they'd place a pregnant lady in a hotel for the inconvenience. Maybe take rent off for not being able to go home for over a week. Nope. Not Latitude Apartments. Customer service is a joke, and the maintenance is even worse. Just a bunch of workers that are quick to clock out then finish their jobs. I've sent in over 15 requests and messages to get it fixed, and I've spoken face to face with the manager to address the issue, and still not a thing but a lousy ac unit that blows no farther than 3 feet of air for my 95 degree "home." At this point, it's become a legal issue and I'm leaving asap.
