I went there 2 years ago for a wax and I had a totally different experience as when I went this week. On Thursday night I went for a wax and I felt like I was in a butcher shop and I was only a number. I was barely acknowledged by the girl who did my wax. She did my legs in 10-15min and didn't even pluck the hair left. It took me an hour to finish her job when I got home. So many hair lines were left out. This time the girl couldn't speak any French and didn't ask my name or talk to me. Very unfriendly service. 2 years ago a very kind Canadian girl did my wax and she was trying hard to practice her French with me. Many people were waiting in the entrance and they were called up by the cashier (or manager?) without any manners. I just felt like this place wanted to make money and didn't care about being friendly to their customers. Too bad I live so close and I do yoga next door so it would be convenient to go there regularly. I'm sad to see how this salon got ruined in the past 2 years with different staff members. I'll have to find another more professional salon in the area.
