I've been going here for years and never had any issues before. I had issues with what they filed this year (including a form that they could not fill out) and I received a huge attitude from my tax preparer. I asked if I could receive a refund for her "services" because I would have to go to someone else who could help, I received a huge attitude and she then insisted that I come back to her office. Why would I go back when they were so rude? Why would I go back to an office that could not help me in the first place?
