On the recommendation of a very reliable Yelp friend, we decided to try this place, located inside the Green Valley Casino. We were definitely not disappointed! We arrived about eleven pm, it was not very busy, being a Wednesday night, but there was a lively feel to the dining and our server was very helpful and informative as she described the three types of pizzas and the ovens that they used to create the variations to the crusts. We decided to try the gorgonzola fries and the "Old Chicago" pizza. The fries came to the table within just a couple minutes, they were very tasty, although I am not a huge fan of Bleu cheese and I think they garnish the fries with Bleu cheese crumbles. The gorgonzola cheese is kinda like a sauce, certainly not bad, and the fries were cooked perfectly. Next time I will try the Rosemary & Garlic fries. The pizza arrived at our table very quickly and was cooked to perfection, black on the edges, the thin crust on this pizza is awesome (if you like thin crust pizza) and generously covered with delicious toppings including tomato sauce, mozzarella, provolone, garlic Italian fennel sausage sliced meatballs, ricotta and oregano. The 16" pie cost $23.00. We took at least half of it home and I am sure it will be great tomorrow for leftovers. We highly recommend this restaurant. And our server was very helpful and attentive!
