Horrible customer service. Even if they are all kids working there someone should teach them customer service etiquette.
We walk up to the counter to pay and the lady doesn't say a word to us. We ask how much it is, she responds, and we pay. Great interaction...not!
Then you have to watch a safety video. There was loud edm music blasting in the background of the video making it hard to hear the instructions which I'm sure were important considering we were going to be shooting people with a paintball gun.
Then you have to get your equipment. There was another person helping with that and he was extremely rude, telling us I don't know you people so I don't trust that you'll make good decisions. There are so many other ways to phrase that saying about being safe then that.
Only thing that was good was actually playing itself. Kids had tons of fun, but I think adults loved it more lol. Only reason it got 2 stars!
