First, we made reservations and arrived about 10 minutes early. They wouldn't seat us until our reserved time due to "being busy". I counted no less than 9 empty tables and about 15 seats at the bar. Read: not busy. Second, we waited 20 minutes just for water. 45 minutes into our experience, we finally got the drinks we ordered 20 minutes ago. Mine is wrong. Wish us luck, have to be at Gammage in 30 minutes!
