Don't visit this location. Staff are rude, give misinformation and don't respect clients that visit. Had to submit a formal complaint to the provincial office because staff wouldn't accept valid documents for health card renewal after three visits and bringing the requested different documents each time. Don't waste your time with this independent office and visit the larger head office location on Bay Street. The service doesn't even warrant a half star but am unable to post without adding one.
