So, I'm usually never the type to pay with debit... Anywhere... It was one of those nights I spent absolutely all my cash. The cab came to get me from my boyfriends house and I asked the driver if he takes debit. Of course the answer is "yep for sure!"... So after a $20 cab ride (pretty cheap to go a few blocks right?), the drivers machine is taking a few minutes to connect. He says "oh you don't have money on your card" when I have 3 debit cards with a few grand each on them... This guys debit machine was not even connecting after the second, third, fourth try...- I had to wake my brother up to come give me cash to pay this driver off. DON'T have a debit machine if it doesn't fucking work!!! MAJOR inconvenience. Sucks because this was my go-to cab company...
Otherwise a pretty legit cab company! Never before this have I had an issue but really, Kingsboro, fix your fucking debit machines or get rid of them altogether.
