If I could give this place no stars I would. The level of customer service I have experienced with this company is beyond any words. Not only was the sales man Jason awful and very inattentive to my husband and myself, when it came time to proceed with financing he submitted our paperwork with incorrect spelling of my name, my social along with other info incorrectly. After spending 2 hours on the phone with the finance company we had already been there almost 3 hours. I felt pressured and cornered into getting the product from them as Jason was telling us that we couldn't find this furniture anywhere else in the state and that his prices were cheaper. After having the worst night sleep ever, feeling very uncertain about this I called the store to let them know that we did not want the product. Mind u today is now 4 days AFTER we initially went in. We have gotten the run around every day since. I have even placed a call to the finance company letting them know what was going on and that we did not want to do business with this company. Considering we don't need this product to be delivered for 5 weeks!! I called today and spoke with a "manager" named Wendy who basically laughed at me thru the whole phone call and basically said too bad it's mine now. And that I would get a call back from her "manager" within the next couple days. This is unacceptable. I would NEVER EVER recommend anyone to go into this shop. Worst experience ever in my life. I'm really hoping that the finance company we went thru gets this rectified!
