If I could give a zero star rate I would. First of all my truck decided it wanted to inform me something was going on. I got "reduce engine power" across my dash so I drove it straight to Pep boys. Come to find out I needed a few things replaced and well it was going to cost me a pretty penny. Yes, I did what any other human being would and called around to get a cheaper price. I was informed I needed a new throttle body and module. But the idiot CLEARED all possible codes out so when I took it to Sun devil to have the repairs done it was reading "everything okay" my module and body was replaced but within 2 hours it was back in the shop because Pep boys CLEARED out all my codes. So, now I've got over $1000 dollars worth of work that needs to be done and it's back in the shop because not everything was fixed the first time around. I'm very disappointed because I've never had this horrible experience at a pep boys before. Ive gone to the ones out in California but never again here in Arizona
