Amazing customer service! I began to deal with Wells Fargo because my Girl Scout troop banks there. Walking in the first time during cookie season to make MANY deposits I was surprised how patient and helpful they all are. They know me by name when I walk in and are always willing to help me out. After another bad experience with my personal banking at another bank I mentioned that I may like to switch to Wells Fargo. I received a call the next day asking if I had any questions and wanted to know if I would like to set up an account. When told we were in limbo because we had just ordered new checks and hated to waste that money. They quickly offered to provide me with new checks. Izzy has be amazing and has helped us move everything over. I look forward to banking here.
