I called to make an appointment for a prescription of birth control. I am a grown women and I have been on the pill for a couple years now. I recently moved here and have to change doctors in the mean time I needed a new prescription. So I thought why not go here to get some while I'm waiting on a my new doctor. The lady on the phone was so rude and had no costumer service what so ever. She made me feel uncomfortable. And when I was asking questions she would cut me off and say If you wait I go over all of this. If you don't like your job don't do it. I can only imagine how other women feel if they are making more serious appointments like abortions and what not. I was making a simple appointment and was made so uncomfortable I cancelled it. I didn't even go there because I was afraid of how it would of went and I didn't want to waste my time and money with them.
