I called Valleywide to schedule a service call on a washing machine that is making a ton of noise. After explaining the symptoms and discussing its history, Anthony let me know right over the phone that it was most likely a repair that would cost more than a new washing machine, because of the way my brand is made. I'm floored by his honesty, he could have easily just scheduled an appointment and charged me a service call to tell me that.
