This is a small company but one who delivers excellent service. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for floor installation or refinishing. The owner Jon is an expert at his craft and is honest and trustworthy. They installed a hardwood floor for galley kitchen which resulted in a lot of specialized cuts because of the floor layout. The installers were meticulous and made sure every cut was spot on. Prior to the installation Jon took many calls for me helping me understand flooring in general which enabled me to research and choose the right floor for my budget. He went above and beyond to be helpful allowing me to find a great floor on a meager budget. Although he works out of Willoughby he installs floors all over northeast ohio, North Olmsted, Rocky River, Westlake, Cleveland and more. Do not hesitate to trust him with your home.
