Where should I start? When I first joined this gym it was very orderly, people worked out in the areas designed for that activity. But now after almost 2 years, people pretty much do what they want to do. Free weights are taken all over the place. Weights on machines are moved to other machines and not returned. Some employees yell and talk to other employees and members across the room distracting those trying to work out. People are talking on their phones everywhere without concern that it is very annoying to those that follow the rules. I used to hear the Lunk Alarm from time to time. Haven't heard it in months. What I hear now is equipment being slammed, benches being moved and dropped and people talking on their phones while walking or working out next to me. Leadership starts at the top and I hope management gets back to work enforcing their rules.
