I have never, ever, ever had any issues with a Westin. This Westin in Toronto continues that streak of excellence.
Check in was extremely easy with pleasant staff.
Rooms were extremely clean and the water pressure was great!
They could improve by adding outlets by the bedstand. That I believe is almost becoming a no-brainer in our hyper-connected world.
Location is great, but there was a LOT of construction going on. Once they're finished with that I think it will be better than outstanding.
