Please if you walk into this free presentation with free prizes be aware. This company is completely fraudulent and will lie to you at each turn. Notice the amazing properties in the presentation. PLEASE- save yourself legal fees and frustration and simply ask them to book you a vacation at one of these elite properties. Hint- it will never happen. My fiancé and I bought a timeshare a year ago with Sapphire and have been unable to book a trip to anything but a "D" level roach motel since. We had our yearly ownership meeting today and challenged our representative Thad to please book a vacation for us. After two hours of him unable to book anything in any city, literally worldwide for the promised rate, he simply said "your sales agent misled you into a useless package" - note we spent about 3k for the "ownership". After trying further- he stated "you never should have bought this". This company is a scam. Every single resort we looked at with Thad after two hours of searching was beat by a simple online search by hundreds of dollars. Don't waste thousands of dollars and yearly fees. Use the web. This company should be illegal. Negative stars and legal action is more appropriate.
