I came in here during happy hour before I started some Christmas shopping. The place was basically empty as it always is when I come here... I was greeted quickly and brought a water. I took a minute to look over the wine selection and decided on a Napa Valley cab. The wine was fine but the pour was kind of small. I looked over their happy hour food menu (because no one offered me a full menu) and decided to go with the Tuscan Kale salad. Before I was able to order, the bartender brought me the check which I thought was a little odd especially since no one had asked me if I wanted to order food or was ready. I kind of felt weird asking to order food at a restaurant. When the salad came out it was pretty good. Not the best that I've had but there was nothing wrong with it. The only complaint I do have is the portion size was TINY! I know it was the happy hour version but I did not expect it to be so small- also having to add cheese to a salad just doesn't feel right! I was not checked on again until I was done I don't know if the bartenders were new or just don't care when it's that slow but it didn't seem they knew how to provide exceptional customer service- instead only doing the basics.
