I have been to the salon twice and both times the service was great. The first time I went I got a haircut with a Japanese stylist and it went very well I was very pleased. However this second time I went I decided to dye my hair red. The stylist told me it will only take 2 hours but 2 hours later the results came out unsatisfying. I have natural black hair and dyed light brown hair, and the results was more of a orangish red color which was not what the stylist had promised. So I stayed for longer (which is fine) so the stylist could try again. At this point I was worried about the extra damage it will do to my hair because obviously one later of dye is better than having it done twice. But I was willing to go for it as long as I can reach my desired results. And finally the red was very close to what I had wanted. Now here's where the experience went downhill. Today is exactly the 11th day since I had dyed my hair red, and it was as if I had NEVER dyed my hair red. The color completely faded. I used the exactly shampoo and treatment the stylist told me to use and she promised me the color for at least 2 months. Bottom line, I recommend this salon for haircut but DEFINITELY NOT FOR COLORING. The hair dye products they have is just terrible and I'm very disappointed.
