After searching for a good nail salon and lady who didn't cut me and listened to what I liked/wanted for nearly 2 years, I had finally found the spot and Angie! I was a customer for the last 2 years with her! She made the place worth every penny. Plus they have a great gel color selection and frequently add colors, too!
However, Angie has since left and I am distraught. I called to make an appointment one day after I knew she had moved on and the owner told me there was nobody left there as good as her to do my nails. Odd right?! Anyways, I have been back a few times for walk-ins and appointments... The lady they had do my nails every time cuts me badly around my cuticles with lots of bleeding, doesn't spread the gel evenly on the nail and also files my nails crooked. I have requested not to have her because of this. The last few times I have gone in for my nails, I called and made an appt with 15-30 mins notice, with the owner stating that one of my other preferred people would be available. (Katrina, Chi and Mimi are the remaining ladies I would let even close to my nails.) Each time I have shown up, they did not have my name down in the appt book therefore they have taken other walk-in clients and have asked me to come back, even tho I had JUST called. I was 5 mins late the past 2 times but seriously. I have a new baby and it's hard to get anywhere exactly spot on anymore! Plus I had been a customer for over 2 years- where is the accommodation for loyal clients and people who make appointments?? This just happened to me again today hence why I decided to write this. I will not be going back. Beyond irritated doesn't even begin to explain it. I never write reviews but I have had it and officially am going to find a new place as painful as it is! If you choose to come here, you've been warned.
