Mmmmm stinky Cheese! I love stinky cheese.
Saturday at the crack of dawn (Ok, 7am) my man and I went to the WSM for some early-bird shopping before he headed into work for the day. We stopped at the Cheese Shop for some cheese (go figure) for our plan of a Sunday afternoon Wine and Cheese Plate lunch. We informed the lady behind the counter what we were doing and she says, "LET'S TRY SOME CHEESE!". Can we say she has serious passion about her cheese?
We tried three or four. We settled on three. One was this AHHHHH-MAZING truffle cheese. Can I say heaven in a stinky gooey cheese in my mouth?
So here's the tip: (Don't tell anyone I told you.) get here around 7:30 am and the Cheese Lady will help you & you will try cheeses to die for. Go later and you'll have to place your order & wait. It is just too crazy to try cheese or get the special treatment later in the day on a Saturday!
