So I called to make an appointment to get a tattoo (on my fingers) touched up by Hector Salazar. When I originally paid him the $240 + $60 tip, he gave me his card and told me to come in if I ever needed any touch up done. Sure enough, the ink on my fingers blew out a bit and the ink didn't stick in some spots (not really surprised, it happens on the skin on your fingers often). The receptionist told me that they don't schedule touch ups, and that you just have to come in and see if the artist is available (what a SHIT policy). So today, I called and was able to get a hold of him and drove right over. I showed him what was up and he smugly tells me "oh, I told you I don't cover touch ups for the fingers, right?". Well, that was not the case at all. He had the fucking nerve to say I'll just charge you the shop minimum ($50), for about 5 minutes of touch up time. Then he proceeds to tell me that if I buy another tattoo from him, then he'll touch it up for free. What a fucking asshole. His work is ok, and I mean JUST OK. This shop is all hype. Horrible customer service and horrible management. I'd rather pay an apprentice than go back to this shop. CLUB TATTOO SUCKS. You are pretty much paying for a hyped up shop name with talent that does not add up.
