I bought my first home in Las Vegas in July of 2009. The day after i closed, the pool went green on me. Luckily, I found Splash Pool Service. I was traveling for work a lot at the time and Scott took care of everything and kept me in the loop even though I wasn't home...and I was a new pool owner, so I'm sure I had way too many questions. :-)
Since then I've added a rental home with a pool and have updated all of my equipment. Scott and Jas took the time to explain exactly how all the bells and whistles work.
One of my homes is a vacation rental and last week my guests got very deep into software of my new pool and "jacked it all up!" Scott logged in remotely and fixed most of it and then had Jas stop by today just to make sure it was all running.
