If you want a place with great customer service, this is not it! Usually one of my favorite places to go because a few of the chefs and servers are really friendly and it is close to my house. I have recently changed my schedule and have to go later in the evening which means longer waits to get a table. Along with this comes bad service. As it gets later the better chefs here get off and they have a bunch of new people that are not as friendly or good behind the bar. They also recently changed managers and promoted a server to that position, which is not a good change. What irritates me in particular is one waitress who usually takes over service of the sushi bar when she comes in and she would rather talk to coworkers and hide in the back then actually take care of customers. I have been a loyal customer for years and the food is always good but the service here is getting to the point where I am starting to look for another ayce sushi joint. So if you want great service this is not the place for you.
