What a surprising wonderful find!!! I am realistically skeptical when it comes to spas... Often I almost dread walking in; knowing what's coming next is a laundry lists of my perceived deficits/problem areas and products/services that can help me look & feel better (blah blah blah) at a hefty price. Nothing better for your self esteem, rt??? Haha. That being said, I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at BHRC. All of the girls in reception are friendly, nonintrusive, and knowledgeable about products and services. Dr. Alberts is fantastic!!! She has a holistic/calming presence while genuinely & honestly assessing appropriate needs/interventions. She conducts herself in a professional manner and builds trust/rapport easily, making her patients feel comfortable & relaxed. Dr. Alberts focuses on individuals' positives/strengths and enhancing/maintaining those (hence positive self-esteem left intact:) & takes the time to listen to patient concerns/thoughts. Refreshing!!! & with fantastic results! Kudos!
