This is the kind of place where you go and think everything is turning out good, only to finding out once you left you've been bamboozled. It's been 3 years since my car accident, and I'm still getting collection calls of bills that should have been paid! The lawyers "claimed" they would take care of it and "supposedly" paid the umc bills. Lies! When I talked to an attorney to send me a copy of what they paid, I never got anything in my email. Eventually, I paid out of my own pocket, and GUESS WHAT, the lawyers said they have "mistaken" and haven't paid the bill and it was my responsibility. No! Every umc bill was suppose to be taken cared of, except a $50 copayment which was also paid out of pocket. How do three people in the same car accident, and the one who gets the least amount of injuries end up paying for more medical bills. Makes no sense. After they're are done with your case they are SO rude and want to hurry the calls on you. When you're on hold, they hang up on you. These people are all for show. I thought they were great because they would better assist my Hispanic family, but go to the Caucasian man for your case. Forget these people.
