Horrible experience! The staff do not return phone calls, their answering machine is not working, is the poor excuse they give you. I received 1 phone call out of 8 calls I made. They lie to you telling you there are double layers of concrete so you will hear no noise! The walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbors doing everything. You can hear every step the upstairs neighbor makes, you can hear their music, coffee maker, cabinets close. You can smell the neighbors smoking weed in your bedroom and living room, like it was in your house.There are several younger people that live there that party at all hours in the pool which you can hear perfectly through closed windows. The grounds are always full of dog feces, and sometimes vomit.
Ridiculous to give a brand new facility to be managed by people who don't care about keeping it up or keeping people in it.
Worst renting experience I have ever had.
