This Dunkin is on my way to work and have tried time after time to order from them and my order is never right. Large caramel iced coffee. Extra cream, sugar, and caramel. CLEARLY that just means I want it sweet! But no, my coffee tastes like it only has milk. And sometimes tastes like CIGARETTES - EW. It had gotten so bad I had to specify to put 6 pumps of caramel. Today I don't know what I got. Tastes like egg nog hazelnut. ICK. Oh and they're always out of tall straws. I will be going out of my way to go to the Dunkin on 24th street from now on.
