Hilton brands are always good for me and this property was no exception. Welcome desk was staffed with friendly checkin assistants. Room was clean but a bit on the smaller side as compared to other Embassy Suites that I've stayed in over the years.
Place was packed with hockey players in for a tournament, Pittsburgh-Cleveland fans for the Browns game on Sunday, and the Bridal Show.
Food and Drink - Line for manager's reception was LONG and they only had one bartender staffing it which was even worse, so we didn't take advantage of it. Snacks had run out and somebody threw out a bag of kettle chips onto the table, too. Breakfast was the traditional omelet station and a few other note meat items and cereal, scrambled eggs and oatmeal, cut fruit.
