Sophie the stylist is an extremely unprofessional individual. Her assistant made an appointment with me that I waited almost a month for, then she calls me close to my appointment and tells me she's not taking anymore new clients! WELL YOU COULD'VE TOLD ME THAT SOONER SO I COULD'VE MADE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS! The cherry on top was her AWFUL attitude over the phone. You're calling me after I've waited a month for my appointment with you to cancel on me and *YOU'RE* GIVING *ME* ATTITUDE!?? People like that don't go further than the foot in front of them. Be embarrassed as a service provider, CLASSLESS AND CHEAP Sophie.
PS- Wow, how sad is it that your company can't handle a poor review based on REALITY and instead of attempting to rectify, are rebutting with further negativity! It's now time to escalate the matter to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
